13         Amendment to Amendment (190707) 

14         On page 3, between lines 27 and 28, of the amendment

15

16  insert:

17         (7)  If the governing board of the hospital or other

18  health care facility closes a portion of any board meeting

19  pursuant to subsection (4) of this section, then, prior to

20  placing the strategic plan or any separate component thereof

21  into operations, then the governing board must notice and

22  conduct a meeting in accordance with s. 286.011.
