11  Senator Klein moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 18, between lines 12 and 13,

16  insert:

17         8.  The Florida Partnership for School Readiness may

18  authorize a coalition with an approved plan to implement the

19  plan, within the restrictions of state and federal law, prior

20  to the beginning of the 2000-2001 fiscal year. However, no

21  coalition may receive funding through the partnership prior to

22  the 2000-2001 fiscal year.
