18 and insert in lieu thereof:
19 Section 2. There is appropriated from the General
20 Revenue Fund to the Department of Health the sum of $150,000
21 and one position for fiscal year 1999-2000 for the
22 implementation of this act. Such funds shall be used to
23 produce or purchase ande to distribute summaries in English,
24 Spanish, and Creole that inform women patients about their
25 risk of heart disease and about treatment alternatives for
26 heart disease, and to develop and implement an educational
27 program that includes the distribution of information specific
28 to women and heart disease.
