14         On page 24, line 21, after the period,

15

16  insert:  However, the provisions of section 627.062(2)(g),

17  Florida Statutes, which prohibit the department from

18  disapproving as excessive any rate for which it has given

19  final approval, or which has been deemed approved for a period

20  of 1 year after the effective date of the filing, does not

21  apply to this subsection.
