15         On page 4, line 24, through page 5, line 2, delete

18  and insert:

19         Section 2.  There is appropriated from nonrecurring

20  general revenue the sum of $4,500,000 to be paid as relief to

21  Joseph Bellamy Farver for injuries and damages sustained.

22         Section 3.  The Comptroller shall draw a warrant in

23  favor of Joseph Bellamy Farver in the sum of $4,500,000 upon

24  nonrecurring general revenue in the State Treasury and the
