11  The Committee on Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military

12  Affairs recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 24-27, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  $928,173.89 from which the costs and attorneys'

18  fees shall be paid up front. The remaining amount shall be

19  used to purchase an annuity for the lifetime of the plaintiff,

20  Warren Weathington, with a guarantee of 25 years certain. Such

21  sums include the amount
