14         On page 1, lines 19-27,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  shall appoint 10 members.

19         (b)  If elected, the clerk of the circuit court, tax

20  collector, property appraiser, supervisor of elections, and

21  sheriff shall each appoint 1 member. If any of these officers

22  is appointed or if the office does not exist, the board of

23  county commissioners shall make the appointment that would

24  otherwise be made by that officer.
