15         On page 1, lines 28 through 31,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  (c)  Notwithstanding the

19  provisions of this subsection to the contrary, in a county

20  with a population over 800,000, a charter commission or

21  appointed charter review commission shall be composed of 20

22  memebers. All members shall be appointed by the board of

23  county commissioners, except that in any county other than

24  Miami-Dade County, the clerk of the circuit court, tax

25  collector, property appraiser, supervisor of elections, and

26  sheriff shall, if elected, appoint 1 member.

27         (d)  or, If so directed in the initiative petition, in

28  lieu of the appointments provided for in paragraphs (a) and

29  (b), all 15 members shall be appointed by the legislative

30  delegation.
