17         Section 2.  Any person utilizing information obtained

18  pursuant to Chapter 119, F.S., for fraudulent or criminal

19  purposes shall be subject to penalties as prescribed in s.

20  119.10, F.S. and shall be subject to a fine of up to $10,000

21  per record by the Agency having authority over such records.
