18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19         the required examination not more than 15 years prior

20  to application;

21         (c)1.  Has submitted evidence of the active licensed

22  practice of pharmacy in another jurisdiction for at least 2 of

23  the immediately preceding 7 years or evidence of successful

24  completion of either board-approved postgraduate training or a

25  board-approved clinical competency examination within the year

26  preceding the filing of an application for licensure. For

27  purposes of this paragraph, "active licensed practice of

28  pharmacy" means that practice of pharmacy by pharmacists,

29  including those employed by any governmental entity in

30  community or public health, as defined by this chapter, and

31  those on the active teaching faculty of an accredited pharmacy

 2         2.  Has completed an internship meeting the

 3  requirements of 465.007 (1)(c) within the two years

 4  immediately preceding application, and

 5         (d)  Has obtained a passing score on the pharmacy

 6  jurisprudence portions of the licensure examination as

 7  required by board rule.
