14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 3, between lines 3 and 4,

17  insert:

18         Section 2.  Paragraph (i) is added to subsection (1) of

19  section 465.022, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, to read:

20         465.022  Pharmacies; general requirements; fees.--

21         (1)  The board shall adopt rules pursuant to ss.

22  120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this

23  chapter.  Such rules shall include, but shall not be limited

24  to, rules relating to:

25         (i)  Duties of a pharmacist and responsibilities of a

26  pharmacy, consistent with the size, scope, and type of the

27  pharmacy in order to assure the highest level of patient care

28  and safety.
