1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the re-creation of the Child
3 Support Enforcement Application and User Fee
4 Trust Fund without modification; re-creating
5 the Child Support Enforcement Application Fee
6 Trust Fund; carrying forward current balances
7 and continuing current sources and uses
8 thereof; providing an effective date.

10 WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of
11 the Child Support Enforcement Application and User Fee Trust
12 Fund, which is otherwise scheduled to be terminated pursuant
13 to constitutional mandate, and
14 WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the trust fund
15 before its scheduled termination date and has found that it
16 continues to meet an important public purpose, and
17 WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public
18 policy concerning the trust fund sets adequate parameters for
19 its use, NOW, THEREFORE,

21 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

23 Section 1. (1) The Child Support Enforcement
24 Application and User Fee Trust Fund within the Department of
25 Revenue, FLAIR number 73-2-104, which was created by section
26 409.2567, Florida Statutes, and which is to be terminated
27 pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the State
28 Constitution on November 4, 2000, is re-created.
29 (2) All current balances of the trust fund are carried
30 forward, and all current sources and uses of the trust fund
31 are continued.

1 Section 2. This act shall take effect November 4,
2 2000.
