14         On page 2, line 8, after the period

16  insert:  Funds may not be distributed to any organization or

17  corporation which has one or more owners, board members, or

18  employees who have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony

19  involving activity relating to an abortion provider, staff

20  member of an abortion provider, or physician who performs

21  abortions; nor may funds be distributed to any agency which

22  has one or more owners, board members, or employees who have

23  been enjoined from activity relating to an abortion provider,

24  staff member of an abortion provider, or physician who

25  performs abortions.
