  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; revising the

  3         effective date of enrolled Senate Bill 182,

  4         which creates the Wireless Emergency Telephone

  5         System Fund; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Section 2 of Senate Bill 182, enacted in

10  the 1999 Regular Session of the Legislature, is amended to

11  read:

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999 on

13  the effective date of Senate Bill 178, relating to wireless

14  emergency 911 telephone service, but it shall not take effect

15  unless it is enacted by at least a three-fifths vote of the

16  membership of each house of the Legislature.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
