18         Section 2.  Section 215.195, Florida Statutes, is

19  amended to read:

20         215.195  Agency Deposits Relating to the Statewide Cost

21  Allocation Plan State-Federal Relations Trust Fund.--

22         (1)  CREATION.--There is created, within the Executive

23  Office of the Governor, the State-Federal Relations Trust

24  Fund.

25         (1)(2)  APPLICATION FOR ALLOCABLE STATEWIDE

26  OVERHEAD.--Each state agency, and the judicial branch, making

27  application for federal grant or contract funds shall, in

28  accordance with the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan, include in

29  its application a prorated share of the cost of services

30  provided by state central service agencies which are

31  reimbursable to the state pursuant to the provisions of Office

 3         (2)(3)  DEPOSIT OF OVERHEAD IN THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND

 4  TRUST FUND.--If an application for federal grant or contract

 5  funds is approved, the state agency or judicial branch

 6  receiving the federal grant or contract shall identify that

 7  portion representing reimbursement of allocable statewide

 8  overhead and deposit that amount into the General Revenue Fund

 9  unallocated as directed by the Executive Office of the

10  Governor into the State-Federal Relations Trust Fund.

11         (4)  DISPOSITION OF MONEYS DEPOSITED IN THE TRUST

12  FUND.--Moneys deposited in the State-Federal Relations Trust

13  Fund shall be deposited quarterly to the General Revenue Fund,

14  unallocated.
