  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records and meetings;

  3         repealing s. 395.3036, F.S., which provides

  4         that the records of a private corporation that

  5         leases a public hospital or other public health

  6         care facility are exempt from public records

  7         requirements, and the meetings of the

  8         corporation's governing board are exempt from

  9         public meeting requirements, when specified

10         criteria are met; providing an effective date.

12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13

14         Section 1.  Section 395.3036, Florida Statutes, 1998

15  Supplement, is repealed.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.

      Repeals provisions which provide that the records of a
