14         On page 103, line 25, through page 104, line 3, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the

18  contrary, in any county as defined in s. 125.011(1), the board

19  of county commissioners may, in consultation with the County

20  Expressway Authority, by ordinance alter or abolish existing

21  tolls and currently approved increases thereto if the board

22  provides a local source of funding to the county expressway

23  system for transportation in an amount sufficient to replace

24  revenues necessary to meet bond obligations secured by such

25  tolls and increases.
