15         On page 10, lines 2 and 3 of the bill strike all of

16  said lines

18  insert:

19         3.  By county, the total number of wireless subscriber

20  billing addresses for the years 1999-2001.

21         4.  A compilation of average service rate information,

22  by license service area, for the years 1999-2001.  The board

23  shall request wireless providers submit a representative

24  sample of low, medium and high user rates for the requested

25  period and compliance with such request shall be voluntary.

26         5.  Any other issues related to providing wireless E911

27  services.
