15         On page 3, line 28, through page 4, line 2, delete

16  those lines

18  and insert:

19         (1)  "Governmental entity" means the state, or any

20  political subdivision of the state, including, but not limited

21  to, a county, municipality, district, or authority, or any

22  agency thereof, however styled, that independently exercises

23  governmental authority.
