  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Public Medical

  3         Assistance Trust Fund; repealing s. 395.7015,

  4         F.S., relating to the annual assessment on

  5         health care entities to fund public medical

  6         assistance; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Section 395.7015, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.

16                          HOUSE SUMMARY

      Repeals provisions requiring an annual assessment from
18    health care entities, to be deposited into the Public
      Medical Assistance Trust Fund to fund public medical
19    assistance.
