14         On page 18, lines 18-25,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  The duration of the opportunity

18  scholarship is limited to the grades offered by the private

19  school.  Upon completion of the highest grade exit point

20  offered by the private school, the student will return to the

21  public school system.  The duration of the opportunity

22  scholarship is also limited to the geographical residence of

23  the student.  If a student changes their home residence to a

24  location where the student would no longer be assigned to the

25  critically low-performing school, the opportunity scholarship

26  would no longer be effective.
