15 On page 21, lines 10 through 31, and
16 page 22, lines 1 and 2,
17 remove from the bill: all of said lines

19 and insert in lieu thereof: (f) Ensure that all students,
20 regardless of whether the student participates in the
21 opportunity scholarship program, take all statewide
22 assessments required pursuant to s. 229.57.
23 (g) Comply with all state statutes relating to private
24 schools.
25 (h) Accept as full tuition and fees the amount
26 provided by the state for each student.
27 (i) Agree not to compel any student attending the
28 private school on an opportunity scholarship to profess a
29 specific ideological belief, to pray, or to worship.
30 (5) OBLIGATION OF PROGRAM PARTICIPATION.--
31 (a) Any student participating in the opportunity

1 scholarship program must remain in attendance throughout the
2 school year, unless excused by the school for illness or other
3 good cause, and must comply fully with the school's code of
4 conduct.
5 (b) The parent or guardian of each student
6 participating in the opportunity scholarship program must
7 comply fully with the private school's parental involvement
8 requirements, unless excused by the school for illness or
9 other good cause.
