15  remove from the bill:  all of said line

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  or reenters the public school system, unless the student does

19  not show adequate learning gains or the school does not meet

20  accrediting standards, in which case the opportunity

21  scholarship will be discontinued at the end of the school

22  year. A letter providing notification of the discontinuation

23  of an opportunity scholarship must be sent to the parent or

24  guardian of each student whose opportunity scholarship is

25  discontinued. However, at any time
