14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 33, lines 6-10, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  if any school of the 4 schools that were

18  identified as critically low performing, based on both

19  1996-1997 and 1997-1998 school performance data and state

20  board adopted criteria, receives a performance grade category

21  designation of "F" based on 1998-1999 school performance data,

22  that school shall be considered.
