13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, lines 27-31, delete all of those lines

16  and insert:  qualifying officer shall forward all filing fees

17  to the chief financial officer Department of Revenue for

18  deposit in the Elections Commission Trust General Revenue

19  Fund. The election assessment shall be deposited into
