15         On page 26, line 10, after the period,

17  insert:  However, the provisions of section 627.062(2)(g),

18  Florida Statutes, which prohibit the department from

19  disapproving as excessive any rate for which it has given

20  final approval, or which has been deemed approved for a period

21  of 1 year after the effective date of the filing, does not

22  apply to this subsection.
