13         Substitute Amendment for Amendment (825839) 

14         On page 31, line 8, of the bill

15

16  insert after the period:  However, nothing in this section

17  shall reduce the liability of an intentional wrongdoer,

18  including a person whose conduct constitutes a violent crime,

19  for damages or injury caused by that wrongdoer's intentional

20  or criminal conduct, nor shall such intentional wrongdoer be

21  relieved of joint and several liability for all damages

22  suffered by their victim.
