15         On page 30, line 1, of the bill

17  insert:

18         Section 19.  The provisions of this act which limit

19  liability of defendants shall not apply to any civil action

20  based upon intentional child abuse or neglect, intentional

21  abuse or neglect of the elderly, or intentional abuse or

22  neglect of the developmentally disabled, or intentional wrongs

23  arising under chapter 400, where the plaintiff proves that the

24  defendant's acts were intentional or grossly negligent.
