  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the college reach-out

  3         program; reviving and readopting s. 240.61,

  4         F.S., relating to the college reach-out

  5         program; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter

10  94-246, Laws of Florida, section 240.61, Florida Statutes,

11  1998 Supplement, shall not stand repealed on July 1, 1999, as

12  scheduled by that law, but that section is revived and

13  readopted.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
