18         Section 1.  Subsection (13) of section 61.046, Florida

19  Statutes, 1998 Supplement, is amended to read:

20         61.046  Definitions.--As used in this chapter:

21         (13)  "Payor" means an employer or former employer or

22  any other person or agency providing or administering income

23  or workers' compensation moneys due to the obligor.
