  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating State Road 54 from U.S. Highway 19

  4         to U.S. Highway 301 in Pasco County as the

  5         "Trooper James B. Crooks Memorial Highway";

  6         directing the Department of Transportation to

  7         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  8         date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  (1)  That portion of State Road 54 from

13  U.S. Highway 19 to U.S. Highway 301 in Pasco County is

14  designated the "Trooper James B. Crooks Memorial Highway."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation shall erect

16  suitable markers designating the "Trooper James B. Crooks

17  Memorial Highway."

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
