15         On page 4, lines 11 - 14, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (c)  "Natural disaster" means an event which causes a

19  residential house to be uninhabitable for 60 days or more, and

20  which causes the county in which the event occurred to receive

21  a major Presidential disaster declaration.
