14 On page 64, between lines 6 and 7,

16 insert:
17 Section 31. The Department of Elder Affairs is
18 authorized to initiate projects to demonstrate the
19 effectiveness of comprehensive day treatment services to
20 seniors as a diversion from nursing home care thereby allowing
21 seniors to remain in their homes.
22 Section 32. The Department of Children and Families is
23 authorized to initiate projects to demonstrate the
24 effectiveness of comprehensive day treatment service to the
25 developmentally disabled to remain in their homes and/or
26 communities.
