13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 36, line 13 of the bill after the period

15

16  insert:  Licensed nurses counted towards the minimum staffing

17  requirements for certified nursing assistants must be

18  exclusively performing the duties of the certified nursing

19  assistant for the entire shift and shall not also be counted

20  towards the minimum staffing requirements for licensed nurses.
