15         On page 11, lines 19-23, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (b)  $2.5 $1.25 million shall be transferred to the

19  State Game Trust Fund in the Fish and Wildlife Conservation

20  Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission in each fiscal year. The

21  transfers must be made in equal monthly amounts beginning on

22  July 1 of each fiscal year. The commission shall annually

23  determine where unmet needs exist for boating-related

24  activities, and may fund such activities in counties where,

25  due to the number of vessel registrations, insufficient

26  financial resources are available to meet the total water

27  resource needs. and must be used for recreational
