11  Senator Bronson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 177, lines 26-29, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  according to the trap reduction schedule. Until

17  July 1, 1999, the Department of Environmental Protection

18  department shall then issue the number of trap tags authorized

19  by the Marine Fisheries Commission commission, as requested,

20  and a revised statement of certificates held. Beginning July

21  1, 1999, the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission shall

22  annually issue the number of trap tags authorized by the

23  commission's schedule, as requested, and a revised statement

24  of certificates held.
