14         On page 127, lines 6-10, delete those lines

16  and insert:  filed with the Fish and Wildlife Conservation

17  Commission Department of Environmental Protection at the time

18  of renewal of the license.

19         (c)  The commission department is authorized to reduce

20  the fees for licenses under this section for residents of

21  those states with which the commission department has entered

22  into reciprocal
