  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to transportation with respect

  3         to land-use regulations; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         transportation with respect to land-use

  6         regulations; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to modify

11  provisions of law relating to transportation with respect to

12  land-use regulations.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
