14         On page 18, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         (6)  The title loan lender must require a borrower who

18  is in active military service to sign an affidavit informing

19  the borrower that the borrower has 10 days within which to

20  rescind the contract and repay only the principal without

21  penalty or interest, and the title loan lender shall retain a

22  copy of the affidavit and give a copy to the borrower to take

23  to the military legal officer.
