14         On page 50, line 10, after the period

16  insert:  Notwithstanding that s. 112.3143 governs public

17  officers, for the purposes of the Florida Forever Act, the

18  provisions of s. 112.3143 shall apply to members of the

19  Florida Forever Commission who are appointed by the Governor.
