14         On page 7, line 26, through page 8, line 3, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:  conservation or recreation. Thirty percent of the

18  total allocation provided to the trust shall be used in

19  Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas, but one-half of that

20  amount shall be used in localities in which the project site

21  is located in built-up commercial, industrial, or mixed-use

22  areas and functions to intersperse congested urban core areas

23  with open spaces. Accordingly, the Legislature intends that

24  the Florida Communities Trust emphasize funding projects in

25  low-income or otherwise disadvantaged communities. From funds
