15         On page 2, lines 9 - 29, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (3)(a)  Any information that would reveal the name,

19  address, or telephone number of, or information that would

20  identify any of the deceased's surviving siblings, family

21  members, or others living in the home in reports or records

22  created by the State Child Abuse Death Review Committee or

23  local committee, or a panel or committee assembled by the

24  state committee or a local committee pursuant to s. 383.402

25  which relates solely to child fatalities and in which specific

26  persons or incidents are discussed is confidential and exempt

27  from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State

28  Constitution.

29         (b)  Portions of meetings or proceedings of the State

30  Child Abuse Death Review Committee or local committee, or a

31  panel or committee assembled by the state committee or a local

 1  committee pursuant to s. 383.402 which relate solely to child

 2  fatalities and in which specific persons or incidents are

 3  discussed are confidential and exempt from s. 286.011 and s.

 4  24(b), Art. I of the State Constitution. The state committee

 5  or a local committee may hold periodic public meetings to

 6  discuss nonconfidential information or issues.

 7         (4)  All information and records acquired by the State

 8  Child Abuse Death Review Committee or a local committee are

 9  confidential and not subject to subpoena, discovery, or

10  introduction into evidence in any civil or criminal

11  proceedings, except that
