11  The Committee on Children & Families offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14  remove from the bill:  everything after the enacting clause

15

16  and insert in lieu thereof:

17         Section 1.  Subsection (4) of section 514.0115, Florida

18  Statutes, 1998 Supplement, is renumbered as subsection (5),

19  and a new subsection (4) is added to said section to read:

20         (4)  Any pool serving a residential child care agency

21  registered and exempt from licensure pursuant to s. 409.176

22  shall be exempt from supervision or regulation under this

23  chapter related to construction standards if the pool is used

24  exclusively by the facility's residents and if admission may

25  not be gained by the public.

26         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

27  law.
