11  The Committee on Criminal Justice recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 4-12, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  this state by registering to vote, or making a

18  statement of domicile pursuant to section 222.17, Florida

19  Statutes, or filing for homestead tax exemption on property in

20  this state, the license shall remain in effect for 90 days

21  following the date on which the holder of the license

22  establishes legal state residence. This section applies only

23  to nonresident concealed weapon or concealed firearm

24  licenseholders from states that honor Florida concealed weapon

25  or concealed firearm licenses.
