14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 15, between lines 2 and 3,

17  and insert:  (6)  The provisions of subsection (3), (4) and

18  (5) of this section shall not apply within the jurisdiction of

19  any municipality where said municipality is engaged in any

20  litigation concerning its sign ordinance on April 23, 1999,

21  nor shall such provisions apply to any municipality whose

22  boundaries are identical to the county within which said

23  municipality is located.
