13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page  20, between lines 11 and 12,

16  insert:

17         Section 14.  Employees of an Off Street Parking

18  Authority of a city with a population of 300,000 or more

19  within a county as defined in section 125.011(1), are

20  prohibited from ordering the towing of any vehicle within a

21  central business district without requesting the assistance of

22  a law enforcement officer when an authority employee

23  determines that a vehicle is illegally parked and should be

24  removed.
