13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 26 and 27,

16  insert:

17         (43)  "Utility vehicle" means a motor vehicle designed

18  and manufactured for general maintenance, security, and

19  landscaping purposes, but the term does not include any

20  vehicle designed or used primarily for the transportation of

21  persons or property on a street or highway, or a golf cart, or

22  an all-terrain vehicle as defined in s. 316.2074.

27         On page 1, line 8, after the semicolon,

29  insert:

30         defining the term "utility vehicle";
