11  Senator Sebesta moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, lines 17-20, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (22)  "Golf/utility Golf cart" means a motor vehicle

18  that is designed and manufactured for operation on a golf

19  course or used for sporting, utility, or recreational purposes

20  and that is not capable of exceeding speeds of 20 miles per

21  hour. The term does not include an all-terrain vehicle as

22  defined in s. 316.2074.
