15         On page 3, lines 24 through 28,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  Section 2.  Notwithstanding the

19  provisions of section 376.11, Florida Statutes, there is

20  hereby appropriated $1,500,000 from the Coastal Protection

21  Trust Fund in the Department of Environmental Protection to

22  the Florida Marine Research Institute for fiscal year

23  2000-2001 for the implementation of the first year of the

24  program described in this act.
