14         On page 36, line 26 through page 37, line 25, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:

18         Section 24.  The Department of Business and

19  Professional Regulation shall by January 1, 2001, make a

20  recommendation to the President of the Senate and the Speaker

21  of the House of Representatives regarding whether persons

22  should continue to be registered as direct disposers under

23  section 470.017, Florida Statutes, after June 30, 2001.
